| dc.description.abstract | El proyecto tiene como objetivo diseñar un Plan Prospectivo Estratégico para la Fundación Cinco Sentidos, una organización dedicada a mejorar la calidad de vida de los niños y niñas de Ocaña y el Catatumbo a través de las artes. Para lograr esto, se empleó el método MICMAC y la matriz 5W2H.
El método MICMAC se utilizó para identificar y analizar las variables estratégicas y los actores que influyen en la Fundación. Este enfoque permitió mapear las interrelaciones y los impactos potenciales de las variables en el entorno estratégico de la organización, facilitando una comprensión profunda de los factores críticos y sus interacciones.
La matriz 5W2H se aplicó para diseñar el plan de acción destinado a alcanzar el escenario ideal. Esta herramienta ayudó a definir de manera detallada qué acciones se deben tomar, por qué son necesarias, cómo se implementarán, quiénes serán los responsables, dónde se llevarán a cabo, cuándo se realizarán y cuánto costarán. Esto asegura una planificación precisa y efectiva, alineando las acciones con los objetivos estratégicos y facilitando el monitoreo y ajuste del plan a lo largo del tiempo.
Se espera que el proyecto genere un impacto social significativo al fortalecer la fundación, ampliar su alcance y garantizar su sostenibilidad financiera. Además, se proporcionan recomendaciones prácticas que podrán ser útiles para otras organizaciones similares, contribuyendo al desarrollo social y cultural en la región. | |
