| dc.description.abstract | El presente trabajo de investigación se realizó para optar por el título a Magíster en Psicología Comunitaria, tuvo como propósito realizar la sistematización de las experiencias de la Junta de Acción Comunal del barrio Miraflores de la ciudad de Bucaramanga como facilitadora de la participación comunitaria entre los años 2014 - 2024. La investigación se realizó bajo el enfoque cualitativo, con la metodología de sistematización de experiencias y con un propósito descriptivo, se utilizaron como técnicas de recolección de información: entrevista semiestructurada, observación participante y encuesta. Durante la investigación se tuvo en cuenta los Lineamientos establecidos por la escuela de ciencias sociales, artes y humanidades, de la universidad Nacional Abierta y a Distancia UNAD, en su programa de Maestría en Psicología Comunitaria. Sublínea 2: Dinámicas Socioculturales y Procesos de desarrollo local y regional.
Inicialmente se realizó la revisión documental para establecer el estado del arte y avanzar en la elaboración del marco de referencia, con este ejercicio fue posible establecer el contexto histórico del surgimiento de las Juntas de Acción Comunal en el país y como estas organizaciones han tenido un papel importante en la movilización de la participación comunitaria en sus territorios. Con el ejercicio de recolección y análisis de la información fue posible comprender el papel de la Junta de Acción Comunal como facilitadora de participación comunitaria en la comunidad del barrio Miraflores, a través de las siguientes categorías: niveles de participación y factores que inciden (facilitan o restringen) en la PC, sean estos motivacionales, territoriales, organizativos o institucionales. | |

| dc.description.abstractenglish | This research work was carried out to opt for the title of Master in Community Psychology, its purpose was to systematize the experiences of the Community Action Board of the Miraflores neighborhood of the city of Bucaramanga as a facilitator of community participation between the years 2014 - 2024. The research was carried out under the qualitative approach, with the methodology of systematization of experiences and with a descriptive purpose, the following information collection techniques were used: semi-structured interview, participant observation and open survey. During the research, the Guidelines established by the School of Social Sciences, Arts and Humanities of the National Open and Distance University UNAD, in its Master's program in Community Psychology were taken into account. Subline 2: Sociocultural Dynamics and Local and Regional.
Development Processes. Initially, a documentary review was carried out to establish the state of the art and to advance in the development of the reference framework. With this exercise, it was possible to establish the historical context of the emergence of the Community Action Boards in the country and how these organizations have played an important role in the mobilization of community participation in their territories. With the exercise of collecting and analyzing information, it was possible to understand the role of the Community Action Board as a facilitator of community participation in the community of the Miraflores neighborhood, through the following categories: levels of participation and factors that influence (facilitate or restrict) PC, whether these are motivational, territorial, organizational or institutional.
