| dc.description.abstract | Las Buenas Prácticas Pecuarias (BPG) es un tema
el cual a tomado fuerza en los últimos años por
lo que es importante reconocer en totalidad las
generalidades que han ayudado al buen manejo
de los sistemas de producción pecuarios tanto
en su eficiencia y calidad, estableciendo
eficazmente los protocolos de bioseguridad y la
sostenibilidad ayudando al mejoramiento de la
productividad en la región. La finca parcela 4ª –
LA CABAÑA, es un sistema intensivo en el cual
se observa especie como la trucha, su actividad
principal es la cría y comercialización de este
producto que es fuente de ingreso económico
del productor, es importante reconocer que la
visita a esta producción atribuye al apoyo que se
puede brindar a la explotación con el fin de
analizar la lista de chequeo que realiza el ICA
para los productores de acuicultura destinada a
la comercialización para consumo humano. | |
