| dc.description.abstract | La conducta en los niños y niñas es el resultado de una mezcla de todas las situaciones a la que los niños se ven enfrentados a vivir o aprende consiente e inconscientemente y que luego de haberlas retenido las reproduce motivados por la circunstancia que los rodean. Además de ser una mezcla del resultado del ambiente la conducta y factores personales que varían de acuerdo a cada situación teniendo en cuenta que los maestros y compañeros son modelos a seguir de los niños y que el maestro y los directivos del colegio deben emplear espacios y estrategias que ayuden a cambiar estas conductas a conocer las consecuencias de sus actos, exigir metas, autoevaluarse y autorregularse. Observacional y transversal en la que logre obtener una recopilación de información e intervención que realice durante el proceso de prácticas pedagógicas lo cual me ayudo a identificar cuáles eran las causas de dichos comportamientos llegando a plantear estrategias ludo –pedagógicas que ayudaran a mejor las situaciones y la problemática que se presentaban en el grado de primero #3. Analice las conductas disruptivas y su incidencia en el desarrollo psicosocial de los alumnos del grado primero #3; pude reconocer como estos comportamiento afecta en la relación que mantienen con su pares y docentes además de obtener consecuencia negativas en su proceso de enseñanza aprendizaje y como debe actuar la docente ante esta problemática. Por esta razón entiendo la importancia del buen comportamiento durante el proceso escolar en la que se deben dar relacionarse de forma sana y activa en entre compañeros; haciendo uso de los valores, como el respeto, la tolerancia, el buen trato

| dc.description.abstractenglish | The behavior of boys and girls is the result of a mixture of all the situations that children are faced with or consciously and unconsciously learn and then, after having retained them, they reproduce them motivated by the circumstances that surround them. In addition to being a mixture of the result of the environment, behavior and personal factors that vary according to each situation, taking into account that teachers and classmates are role models for children and that teachers and school administrators must use spaces and strategies that help change these behaviors, to know the consequences of their actions, demand goals, self-evaluate and self-regulate. The present study is quantitative, descriptive, observational and transversal in which I managed to obtain a compilation of information and intervention that I carried out during the process of pedagogical practices, which helped me to identify what were the causes of said behaviors, reaching the point of proposing ludo-pedagogical strategies that would help improve the situations and problems that were presented in the first grade #3. Analyze disruptive behaviors and their impact on the psychosocial development of students in the first grade #3; I was able to recognize how these behaviors affect the relationship they have with their peers and teachers, in addition to obtaining negative consequences in their teaching-learning process and how the teacher should act in the face of this problem. For this reason, I understand the importance of good behavior during the school process in which healthy and active relationships must occur among peers; making use of values such as respect, tolerance, good treatment.
