| dc.description.abstract | La asociación BIOCRECER JR busca transformar la gestión de residuos sólidos en una
oportunidad para generar un impacto social y ambiental positivo en el barrio el Class. A través de
un sistema de recolección de residuos y materiales reutilizables donde se da un incentivo
económico para la gestión y promoción del reciclaje; con esto se obtiene una mejor calidad de
vida para los recicladores y sus familias, fomentando una economía circular en la compra y venta
de residuos sólidos que pueden ser reutilizados, evitando la comercialización de materia prima en
el sector comercial. Con el fin de promover y concientizar a toda la comunidad de la importancia
de la separación de residuos y que con esta acción se obtiene una remuneración económica, y a la
vez se está promoviendo la preservación del medio ambiente ayudando a que estos residuos no
lleguen a las fuentes hídricas; como en este caso especial al rio Tunjuelito que pasa por este
sector y la comunidad viene protegiendo por la contaminación que tiene en estos momentos;
reduciendo la cantidad de residuos que pueden llegar a los vertederos como lo es el relleno de
doña Juana en la ciudad de Bogotá. La asociación BIOCRECER JR se encuentra en grado de
maduración TRL 9 ya que por la actividad que desempeña y la función que cumple tiene alianzas
con entidades gubernamentales, públicas y privadas lo cual permite que se desarrolle de la mejor
manera creciendo y cumpliendo con las expectativas que se tiene en pro del beneficio de la
comunidad y el medio ambiente. | |

| dc.description.abstractenglish | The BIOCRECER JR association seeks to transform solid waste management into an
opportunity to generate a positive social and environmental impact in the El Class neighborhood.
Through a waste and reusable materials collection system where an economic incentive is given
for the management and promotion of recycling; With this, a better quality of life is obtained for
recyclers and their families, promoting a circular economy in the purchase and sale of solid
waste that can be reused, avoiding the commercialization of raw materials in the commercial
sector. In order to promote and raise awareness among the entire community of the importance of
waste separation and that with this action economic remuneration is obtained, and at the same
time the preservation of the environment is being promoted by helping to ensure that this waste
does not reach the water sources; As in this special case, the Tunjuelito River that passes through
this sector and the community has been protecting due to the pollution it currently has; reducing
the amount of waste that can reach landfills such as the Doña Juana landfill in the city of Bogotá.
The BIOCRECER JR association is in TRL 9 maturity level since, due to the activity it carries
out and the function it fulfills, it has alliances with government, public and private entities, which
allows it to develop in the best way, growing and meeting the expectations that It is held for the
