| dc.description.abstract | El siguiente articulo debate el impacto que tiene la biblioteca German Arciniega, en varias comunidades rurales y urbanas de la ciudad de Villavicencio por medio del programa biblioteca itinerante. Este aprendizaje delimita referentes teóricos bibliotecas comunitarias, inclusiva en educación y política publicas culturales, sobresaliendo su importancia en llevar la educación a zonas alejadas y zonas sin acceso a la misma, proceso donde se presta las necesidades de la comunidad es decir colaborativo y reflexivo, el objetivo de este artículo es analizar los beneficios educativos y sociales, que ha generado la ejecución del proyecto biblioteca itinerante, del mismo modo su impacto social y el fortalecimiento de la identidad de su cultura. En este artículo se manejó la metodología cualitativa de tipo documental, fundamentada en la verificación de artículos académicos, documentos institucionales, informes relacionado con el proyecto experiencia y posteriormente logros obtenidos en las comunidades asistidas, el proyecto de experiencia de innovación social ha sido de suma importancia para reducir la desigualdad educativa pues se fortaleció la identidad de nuestra cultura, aprendieron a desarrollar habilidades cognoscitivas, además de reunir varias comunidades en pro de un beneficio que ellos se integren teniendo un impacto de cohesión social ayudándolos a tener empoderamiento y bienestar emocional ayudando todo esto a tener un desarrollo sostenible en la comunidad. | |

| dc.description.abstractenglish | The following article discusses the impact that the German Arciniega library has on several rural and urban communities in the city of Villavicencio through the traveling library program. This learning delimits theoretical references of community libraries, inclusive of education and cultural public policy, highlighting its importance in bringing education to remote areas and areas without access to it, a process where the needs of the community are met, that is, collaborative and reflective, the objective of this article is to analyze the educational and social benefits that the execution of the traveling library project has generated, as well as its social impact and the strengthening of the identity of its culture. In this article, the documentary-type qualitative methodology was used, based on the verification of academic articles, institutional documents, reports related to the experience project and subsequently achievements obtained in the assisted communities, the social innovation experience project has been of utmost importance to reduce educational inequality because the identity of our culture was strengthened, they learned to develop cognitive skills, in addition to bringing together various communities for a benefit that they integrate, having a impact of social cohesion helping them to have empowerment and emotional well-being, all of which helps to have sustainable development in the community. | |
