| dc.description.abstract | El presente artículo tiene como objetivo dar a conocer el nivel de maduración (TRL para innovación social) y la tipología de innovación al cual pertenece la experiencia Centro de Innovación Tecnológica “Sacúdete”, creada para abordar una de las necesidades más sentidas en el municipio de López de Micay, (cerrar la brecha digital en la comunidad). La metodología implementada consistió en una revisión bibliográfica digital, trabajo de campo, entrevista semiestructurada a uno de los agentes involucrados en la experiencia, y matriz de análisis de información de las preguntas asociadas a las cuatro actividades de I+D+i propuesto por Jailler & otros (2017), en su libro “construyendo la innovación social”: (gestión de las ideas y de la creatividad, gestión del desarrollo interactivo aplicativo, gestión del proceso y gestión de las oportunidades y gestión del cambio/apropiación social y capital social formado en aplicación de nuevos procesos). Los resultados del análisis de la información determinaron que la experiencia se asocia a la tipología de innovación social – educativa, ubicada en el nivel 8 de TRL para innivación social. La experiencia de innovación social beneficia principalmente a los niños, niñas y jóvenes de la cabecera municipal que se encuentran en edad escolar, brindando el acceso a la información y al conocimiento por medio de los equipos tecnológicos que ofrece el centro. Se derivó un marco de recomendaciones orientadas al fortalecimiento de estrategias participativas comunitarias, para comprender las dinámicas comunitarias en el contexto donde se desarrolla la innovación social. | |

| dc.description.abstractenglish | The objective of this article is to present the level of maturation (TRL for social innovation) and the typology of innovation to which the “Sacúdete” Technological Innovation Center experience belongs, created to address one of the most felt needs in the municipality of López de Micay, (close the digital divide in the community). The methodology implemented consisted of a digital bibliographic review, field work, semi-structured interview with one of the agents involved in the experience, and an information analysis matrix of the questions associated with the four R&D&I activities proposed by Jailler & others (2017), in their book “building social innovation” (management of ideas and creativity, management of interactive application development, management of the process and management of opportunities and management of change/social appropriation and social capital formed in the application of new processes). The results of the information analysis determined that the experience is associated with the typology of social-educational innovation, located at level 8 of TRL for social innovation. The social innovation experience mainly benefits children and young people of the municipal seat who are of school age, providing access to information and knowledge through the technological equipment offered by the center. A framework of recommendations was derived aimed at strengthening community participatory strategies, to understand community dynamics in the context where social innovation is developed. | |
