dc.description.abstract	El presente artículo destaca la sistematización de la experiencia de la Fundación Fevico, un recurso esencial para la transformación social que aplica la educación deportiva inclusiva basada en valores. Esta metodología facilita un cambio de mentalidad y promueve estilos de vida que se alejan del conflicto y comportamientos nocivos. La Fundación Fevico cuenta con una trayectoria considerable que ha generado un impacto significativo en el empoderamiento de niños, niñas y jóvenes en la comuna 10 de Nei-va. La creación de una fundación de fútbol para jóvenes y niños se presenta como una solu-ción social innovadora que aborda diversas problemáticas en las comunidades. Esta iniciativa no solo fomenta el desarrollo físico y mental de los participantes, sino que también actúa como un motor para el cambio social. La experiencia se sustentó en la recolección de información a través de un análisis documental, lo que permitió identificar las problemáticas más relevantes de la comunidad, así como su ecosistema y redes de apoyo disponibles. Posteriormente, se llevó a cabo un acerca-miento directo con líderes comunitarios y beneficiarios para explorar sus experiencias y reali-dades. Este enfoque busca lograr una comprensión más profunda del impacto de las estrategias innovadoras, contribuyendo a crear una visión sostenible, sistematizada y organizada. La propuesta de Fevico se fundamenta en diversas estrategias de aprendizaje que incluyen promoción, prevención, desarrollo de habilidades para la vida y manejo emocional. Estas iniciativas han transformado la vida de numerosos adolescentes y familias, sacándolos de contextos marcados por la violencia, la drogadicción, la pobreza y los embarazos precoces. Estas problemáticas pueden ser superadas a través de un cambio individual que se expanda hacia las comunidades.

dc.description.abstractenglish	The Fevico Foundation is an organization committed to social transformation through education and sports, aimed especially at children and adolescents in vulnerable situations in commune 10 of the city of Neiva. Founded with the purpose of offering positive and con-structive alternatives to young people, Fevico has positioned itself as an agent of change that seeks to eradicate the social problems that affect this population, such as violence, drug addic-tion, poverty. Since its inception, the Foundation has recognized that sport is not only a tool for physical development, but also a powerful means of instilling fundamental values such as re-spect, discipline, teamwork and perseverance. These characteristics are essential to forming integral individuals who can contribute positively to their communities. Through inclusive sports programs and recreational activities, Fevico promotes a safe space where young people can learn and grow, moving away from negative influences. One of the fundamental pillars of Fevico is its focus on values-based education. The Foundation implements programs that focus not only on physical development, but also on emotional and cognitive strengthening of participants. By providing tools and skills to manage emotions and face everyday challenges, Fevico empowers young people to make informed and responsible decisions in their daily lives. This comprehensive approach contributes to generating positive change in their attitudes and behaviors. The Foundation has also established close ties with community leaders and families, recognizing that social change is a collaborative effort. Through awareness-raising and active community participation, Fevico seeks to create a favorable environment where positive val-ues are promoted and reinforced. Collecting information on the specific needs of the commu-nity allows the Foundation to adapt its programs and strategies to maximize their impact. In addition, Fevico relies on an innovative methodology that uses data collection and documentary analysis to identify the most urgent problems facing the community. This ap-proach allows for a better understanding of local realities and the design of effective interven-tions that respond to the specific needs of the beneficiaries. By implementing strategies geared towards practical learning and personal development, the Foundation seeks not only to trans-form individual lives, but also to positively impact family and community dynamics.
