dc.description	This article of reflection not derived from research results, underlies an ongoing project that aims to analyze the habits and levels of indebtedness of young university students belonging to the Business Administration Program of Higher Education Institutions of the city of Florence. For this reason, the document highlights the importance of educating yourself in financial aspects that allow you to lead a life of tranquility while taking care of your pocket, since it is common to find that individuals and family groups are frequently involved in altercations where the money factor is the protagonist However, these situations in various cases could be avoided if people became aware of planning their expenses and borrowing rationally. That is why one of the main aspects of financial education and that is addressed in this document, is indebtedness, since acquiring debt not only generates inconveniences, it is also the opportunity to improve finances to the extent that money be managed efficiently and the individual recognizes their debt limits so as not to fall into the game of acquiring credits to solve credits that ultimately only lead to the trap of over-indebtedness that affects not only the pocket, but also health.	en
dc.description	El presente artículo de reflexión no derivado de resultados de investigación, subyace de un proyecto en curso que pretende analizar los hábitos y niveles de endeudamiento de jóvenes universitarios pertenecientes a los Programa de Administración de Empresas de Instituciones de Educación Superior de la ciudad de Florencia. Por tal motivo, el documento destaca la importancia de educarse en aspectos financieros que permitan llevar una vida de tranquilidad mientras se cuida el bolsillo, pues es común encontrar que los individuos y grupos familiares con frecuencia se ven involucrados en altercados donde el factor dinero es protagonista, sin embargo, estas situaciones en diversos casos podrían evitarse si las personas tomaran conciencia de planear sus gastos y endeudarse de manera racional. Es por ello, que uno de los aspectos primordiales de la educación financiera y que se aborda en este documento, es el endeudamiento, toda vez que adquirir deudas no solo genera inconvenientes, también es la oportunidad de mejorar las finanzas en la medida que el dinero sea administrado eficientemente y el individuo reconozca sus límites de endeudamiento para no caer en el juego de adquirir créditos para solventar créditos que finalmente solo conllevan a la trampa del sobreendeudamiento que afecta no solo el bolsillo, también la salud.	es
