dc.description.abstract	Este Proyecto Aplicado se caracteriza por determinar un plan de acción pedagógico de educación inclusiva en el Ámbito de la Universidad Nacional Abierta y a Distancia en el Cead La Guajira, el cual permitirá a la institución educativa realizar el proceso de autoevaluación de la gestión inclusiva, reconociendo el estado actual en la atención a la diversidad, el análisis de las fortalezas y oportunidades de mejoramiento para establecer prioridades y tomar decisiones que cualifiquen las condiciones de aprendizaje, participación y convivencia de la comunidad universitaria. El autor presentó un Plan de acción en educación inclusiva para que directivos y docentes puedan apropiarse de las herramientas necesarias para lograr la inclusión de personas en condición de discapacidad. Por consiguiente, el proyecto pretende el Plan de Acción pedagógico e identificar las acciones para que la UNAD Cead La Guajira pueda ofrecer una mejor atención a la población con discapacidad visual, auditiva y física. Con el presente proyecto se pretende ejecutar un plan de acción pedagógico que destaque el que hacer sobre la identificación de los factores que inciden en el acceso, retención y permanencia de estudiantes con diferentes tipos de discapacidades. Siendo el objetivo primordial la identificación de una ruta institucional que beneficie, aumente el ingreso y acompañamiento integral de los estudiantes, la definición de lineamientos para una política institucional de educación inclusiva. Para lograr la finalidad del proyecto se realizó una entrevista a algunos docentes para conocer el punto de vista de cada uno de ellos frente a las estrategias de inclusión en el alma mater. Se realizó la inspección y observación ocular a la planta estructural del edificio donde funciona la Universidad verificando el estado de la misma, se tuvo en cuenta el análisis del reglamento estudiantil de la UNAD, y a la vez se obtuvo información de fuentes primarias y secundarias. Este proyecto básicamente contiene un Plan de Acción Pedagógico de educación inclusiva en el Ámbito de la Universidad Nacional Abierta y a Distancia en el Cead La Guajira, a fin que la institución cuente con una ruta para lograr la inclusión y permanencia de personas con discapacidad, principalmente estudiantes con discapacidad sensorial como lo es la visual y auditiva desde un enfoque cualitativo, buscando adquirir la información para desarrollar la investigación. Se puede concluir, que los docentes de la Universidad Nacional Abierta y a Distancia UNAD Cead la Guajira, aún de no estar capacitados en los diferentes temas como lo es lenguaje de señas, sistema braille y lectores de pantallas entre otros; presentan plena disposición para adquirir los conocimientos brindados desde este proyecto a fin de contribuir al acceso y accesibilidad de estudiantes con discapacidad. Se recomienda, firmarse el convenio entre la Universidad Nacional Abierta y a Distancia Cead la Guajira y el Instituto Nacional de Ciegos INC, los docentes y directivos deben recibir las capacitaciones en lenguaje de señas para la atención de estudiantes con discapacidad auditiva y también socializar continuamente la ley 1618 del 2013 a los estudiantes para evitar las barreras actitudinales por el desconocimiento de los derechos de las personas con discapacidad.	spa

dc.description.abstractenglish	This Applied Project is characterized by a pedagogical action plan for inclusive education in the scope of the National Open and Distance University in Cead La Guajira, which will allow the educational institution to carry out the process of self-evaluation of inclusive management, recognizing the Current status in the attention to diversity, analysis of the strengths and opportunities of improvement to establish priorities and make decisions that qualify the conditions of learning, participation and coexistence of the university community. The author presented an Action Plan on inclusive education so that managers and teachers can appropriate the necessary tools to achieve the inclusion of people with disabilities. Consequently, the project seeks the Pedagogical Action Plan and identify actions for UNAD Cead La Guajira to offer better care to the population with visual, hearing and physical disabilities. This project aims to implement a pedagogical action plan that highlights what to do about the identification of the factors that affect the access, retention and permanence of students with different types of disabilities. The main objective being the identification of an institutional route that benefits, increase the income and integral accompaniment of the students, the definition of guidelines for an institutional policy of inclusive education. To achieve the purpose of the project, an interview was conducted with some teachers to know the point of view of each of them in relation to the strategies of inclusion in the alma mater. The ocular inspection and observation was carried out on the structural floor of the building where the University works, verifying the state of the building, taking into account the analysis of the UNAD student regulations, and at the same time obtaining information from primary and secondary sources. This project basically contains a Pedagogical Action Plan for inclusive education in the scope of the National Open and Distance University in Cead La Guajira, so that the institution has a route to achieve the inclusion and permanence of people with disabilities, mainly students With sensory impairment as the visual and auditory from a qualitative approach, seeking to acquire the information to develop the research. It can be concluded that the teachers of the National Open and Distance UNAD Cead la Guajira, still not being trained in the different subjects such as sign language, braille system and screen readers among others; Are fully willing to acquire the knowledge provided from this project in order to contribute to the accessibility and accessibility of students with disabilities. It is recommended that the agreement be signed between the National Open University and Distance Cead la Guajira and the National Institute of the Blind INC, teachers and managers should receive sign language training for the attention of students with hearing impairment and also continuously socialize the law 1618 of 2013 to the students to avoid the attitudinal barriers by the ignorance of the rights of the people with disability.	spa
