| dc.description.abstract | Este documento presenta en cinco capítulos la información respecto al SG-SST en la empresa FORMFIT de Colombia S.A. En el primer capítulo se aborda la situación actual del SG- SST de la empresa a investigar, se indagó sobre el problema que se presenta en cuanto a Salud Ocupacional con énfasis en Gestión del Conocimiento, los antecedentes y el planteamiento del problema, los objetivos propuestos y la justificación de la investigación. El segundo capítulo presenta de manera general el marco teórico relacionado con el SG-SST y la normativa vigente en Colombia en este aspecto. El tercer capítulo hace referencia a la metodología aplicada en la investigación, las fuentes de información y los instrumentos a utilizar en la recolección de datos. El cuarto capítulo contiene las respuestas de la encuesta aplicada en términos de porcentajes que sintetizan los resultados obtenidos, las gráficas correspondientes y su respectivo análisis. Finalmente, el Capítulo quinto presenta los hallazgos de la investigación en la empresa FORMFIT de Colombia S.A., algunas recomendaciones y una propuesta de mejoramiento. | spa |

| dc.description.abstractenglish | This document presents in five chapters the information regarding the SG-SST in the company FORMFIT DE COLOMBIA S.A. In the first chapter the current situation of the SG-OSH of the company to be investigated is addressed, it was inquired about the problem that is presented in terms of Occupational Health with emphasis on Knowledge Management, the background and the approach of the problem, the proposed objectives and the justification of the investigation.
In the second chapter, the theoretical framework related to OSH-OS and the regulations in force in Colombia are presented in this aspect. The third chapter refers to the methodology applied in the research, the sources of information and the instruments to be used in data collection.
The fourth chapter contains the responses of the survey applied in terms of percentages that synthesize the results obtained, the corresponding graphs and their respective analysis.
Finally, the fifth chapter presents the findings of the research in the company FORMFIT DE COLOMBIA S.A., some recommendations and a proposal for improvement. | spa |
