| dc.description.abstract | En la presente investigación, la idea fundamental que se quiere transmitir es que no se trata solo de que las mujeres sean partícipes y entren en ámbitos que antiguamente se han visto excluidas, sino que se trata de construir un proyecto de relaciones sociales entre mujeres y hombres que aporten mayor calidad y desarrollo a través de una redistribución social equitativa de género, compartiendo espacios ya sean públicos y privados, decisiones, oportunidades, responsabilidades económicas, familiares, políticas.
Se inicia con una conceptualización de lo que se entiende por igualdad de género, construcción de identidad y desarrollo humano. Se realiza un recorrido dando a conocer la situación real de desigualdad en la que viven las mujeres, de esta manera se analizara a través de la mirada perspectiva de género que la desigualdad entre el sexo masculino y femenino en cuanto a construcción social es variable. | spa |

It begins with a conceptualization of what is meant by gender equality, identity construction and human development.
