| dc.description.abstract | Este ensayo critico busca resaltar la importancia de la comunicación participativa que realiza la Emisora Comunitaria Vientos Stereo (ECVS) en el sur de la ciudad de Bogotá, porque este tipo de comunicación fortalece el dialogo, los saberes, la resolución de problemas de una manera concertada y debido a su carácter horizontal democratiza la palabra para que las comunidades se reconozcan así mismas con sus problemas, ventajas o necesidades y desde allí logren avanzar realizando acciones hacia el desarrollo y el mejoramiento de su calidad de vida. | dc.description.abstractenglish | This critical essay seeks to highlight the importance of participatory communication made by the Community Broadcaster Vientos Stereo (ECVS) in the south of the city of Bogotá, because this type of communication strengthens dialogue, knowledge, problem solving in a concerted manner and due to its horizontal nature it democratizes the word so that communities recognize themselves with their problems, advantages or needs and from there they can move forward, taking actions towards the development and improvement of their quality of life.
