| dc.description.abstract | La presente investigación tuvo como objetivo central comprender la incidencia de a inteligencia emocional en el desempeño laboral e un grupo de menores trabajadores del Almacen Carulla Vivero del municipio de Valledupar.
Esto se sustenta en la afirmación de que la praxis de la inteligencia emocional ,es factor fundamental en el orden laboral por lo tanto se constituyen en uno de los procesos principales que retroalimenta las competencias en la atención al pùblico, y optimizaciòn en la producción laboral. Lo que se aprende al interior del trabajo y las relaciones que se establecen allì son el reflejo del comportamiento el menor trabajador que esta en búsqueda de fortalecer su proyecto de vida.
El tipo de investigaciones cualitativo, El instrumento aplicado para medir la inteligencia emocional fue el estudio del consorcio W. T.GRANT. A. y la observación como otra técnica para medir dichos factores.
La muestra consistió en 15 menores trabajadores del área de empaque del Almacén Carulla vivero, Los resultados señalan que los encuestados tienen un porcentaje de menor grado en la praxis de la inteligencia emocional. Esto quiere decir que en primera instancia, la falta de control en algunas emociones y sentimientos generan displacer y bajo rendimiento laboral. Sin embargo se pudo comprobar en algunas respuestas el cuestionario y en las observaciones, hechas por la investigadora, algunas pequeñas contradicciones entre los resultados y el comportamiento del menor trabajador, por tanto no se pueden descartar que existen factores relacionados con el comportamiento influido en el marco familiar que generan estados de ansiedad, ira, falta de atención y tedio que pueden inducir a dificultades o conflictos laborales. | spa |

Nevertheless the questionnaire could be verified in some answers and the observations, done by the investigator, some small contradictions between the results and the behavior of the working minor, therefore they are not possible to be discarded that factors related to the behavior influenced within the framework familiar that generate states of anxiety, wrath, lack of attention and boredom exist that can induce to difficulties or labor conflicts. | spa |
