dc.description.abstractEl uso y abuso de las drogas representa situaciones de riego, como alteraciones de salud y problemas sociales. El fenómeno del consumo de drogas se presenta con unas características donde sus factores de riesgo son muy altos: el tipo de sustancias consumidas, la frecuencia de uso, el aumento del número de consumidores junto al descenso a la edad de iniciación, promueve la necesidad de una acción preventiva eficaz y de disponer estrategias de tratamiento adecuado. Por consiguiente sus principales Causas y consecuencias al consumo de sustancias psicoactivas, afectan el área cognitiva de los estudiantes donde su reacción provoca agresión física, psicológica generando conductas no adecuadas en la institución Educativa. La familia, docentes y alumnos están involucrados en la labor social, se debe ejercer una acción preventiva, utilizando diversas estrategias de aprendizaje acerca de la prevención al consumo de las drogas. La prevención es la medida más efectiva que se puede tomar. Por ende, esta prevención exige un trabajo riguroso y constante por parte de todos los miembros de la comunidad, a fin de desarrollar en los estudiantes, capacidades y destrezas para evitar el consumo de las drogas. La drogodependencia se presenta en la actualidad como uno de los problemas más importantes a los que se enfrenta la sociedad, tanto por la magnitud del fenómeno como por las consecuencias personales y sociales derivadas del mismo. Además, ha dejado de ser algo exclusivo de una minoría para configurarse como un problema de magnitudes sociales, comunitarias y de salud pública.spa

dc.description.abstractenglishThe use and abuse of drugs represent risky conditions, such as changes in health and social problems. The phenomenon of drug use arises with some features where their risk factors are very high: the type of substances consumed, the frequency of use, the increase in the number of consumers along with the descent into the age of initiation, promotes the need for effective preventive action and provide appropriate treatment strategies. Therefore its main causes and consequences to the consumption of psychoactive substances, affect cognitive of the students in which his reaction causes physicalaggression and psychological, generating non appropriate behaviorat the educational institution. Family, teachers and students are involved in social work, preventive action;it should be used various learning strategies on the prevention of drug consumption. Prevention is the most effective measure that can be taken. Therefore, this prevention requires a rigorous and constant work by all members of the community, to develop in students the capabilities and skills to avoid the drugs consumption. Drug addiction is nowadays one of the most important problems of the society, both the magnitude of the phenomenon and the personal and social consequences of the same. Moreover, it has just been leftan exclusive issue for a minority of people to be configured as a social, community and public health problems of magnitudes. Adolescence is a stage by which human beings come through, a phase in which the child is transformed into man and acquires the mental, moral and social maturity with which is going to face the future. It is a time in which a lot of bodily, emotional, cognitive changes and values along with a greater desire for new and intense experiences ventured to experience new situations as the consumption of alcohol, cigarette, or drugs without further complications occur. Easy access to social networks, the search for its own identity and autonomy, converts it to a period of particular vulnerability and prone to the development of behavior associated with drug use. From this issue, there is the need to work on prevention of the use and abuse of psychoactive substances avoiding young people to fall into drug use where the majority desire to experience new sensations, adapt to the social world, attack boredom, manage leisure, etc., 11 in this sense, it should be offered advantageous proposals that give alternatives of learning cognitive improvements , implementing themes about social skills that satisfy their curiosity and their need for new experiences, teaching them to plan their leisure time and facilitating the contact with their peers, from a constructive point of view. This leads to preventive actions against the use of psychoactive substances in the school. This should be considered as a priority. Because of the above, the presented work is focused on the implementation of a Plan of action aimed at high school students of the José Celestino Mutis educational institution; based on management and understanding of the problem of drugs in order to avoid risk factors, protective factors and strengthening of life skills-basedspa
