| dc.description.abstract | En el presente trabajo, se llevará a cabo el análisis estructural del Sistema de Gestión de Seguridad y Salud en el Trabajo de la Secretaría Distrital de Integración Social, abordando la línea de investigación de la Gestión de Organizaciones dispuesta por la Universidad Nacional Abierta y a Distancia, para su oferta del Diplomado en Gerencia del Talento Humano, en donde se iniciará con el planteamiento del problema identificado en la SDIS, antecedentes y justificación de la problemática encontrada en la entidad pública con respecto a los lineamiento legales y jurisdiccionales a que hay lugar, así como la revisión histórica y contextualizada de la evolución en materia de salud ocupacional en Colombia y su aplicación en la SDIS, describiendo las diferentes transiciones por las cuales ha pasado la misma, el estado actual en que se encuentra el sistema para la
