| dc.description.abstract | Por medio del sistema de gestión de seguridad y salud en el trabajo se reconoce la importancia del capital humano y se compromete al más alto nivel de la organización con la implementación y mejoramiento continuo a través del Sistema de Gestión de Seguridad y Salud en el Trabajo, el cual va encaminado a promover y mantener el bienestar físico, mental y social de los trabajadores y demás partes interesadas, ofreciendo lugares de trabajo seguros y adecuados, esto con el fin de cumplir con los requisitos legales, estableciendo procedimientos que permitan a los trabajadores, contratistas o visitantes prevenir y protegerse en caso de emergencias, desastres o amenazas colectivas que puedan poner en peligro su integridad, mediante el desarrollo de acciones rápidas y confiables para responder satisfactoriamente ante dichos eventos y servir de herramienta para dar cumplimiento a los requerimientos establecidos en la legislación laboral colombiana en materia de Seguridad e Higiene Industrial | spa |
