animals that are in street condition, mistreated, in illness or mothers in
state of gestation and that also looks for the sensitization in the society on this animal subject
with the intention of decreasing the over population of animals that are in any of these
situations. The perspective of this problem of the indifference of society is identified
that affects the welfare of the animals that is presented in this organization through the
