Fabriqueras es una microempresa donde se encuentran varios factores de riesgo relacionados con su labor, para determinar estos factores se iniciará estudiando la matriz de riesgos
desarrollada en la organización. El sistema de gestión de seguridad y salud en el trabajo contempla entonces las variables que afectan directa e indirectamente al operario, causantes de
problemas tales como un accidente laboral, enfermedad profesional, entre otros mostrando siempre el mayor interés por el recurso humano de la organización y el medio ambiente, el
presente y el futuro.
Para obtener esta investigación de la empresa se optó por la entrevista con el señor JOSE HERNANDEZ (gerente) visitando dicho lugar visualizando el panorama de la empresa, del
mismo modo se les hizo algunas preguntas a los trabajadores respecto al tema.
El presente trabajo está conformado por cinco capítulos distribuidos de la siguiente manera:
Capítulo I contiene la descripción del problema, los antecedentes, la justificación donde decimos porque y para que realizamos dicha investigación.
En el capítulo II sujeta los temas, el marco teórico con toda la fundamentación que sustenta esta investigación, referentes a los riesgos y accidentes laborales, la normatividad referente a la
prevención de riesgos.
En el capítulo III lo conforman la metodología y diseño de investigación cualitativa métodos y técnicas empleadas para recolectar la información de implementación al SG-SST. Descripción de la transición de la empresa al nuevo SG-SST- Resolución 0312 del 13 de febrero de 2019
En el capítulo IV presentaremos los resultados y calificaciones de acuerdo al estado de la empresa.
En el capítulo V se desarrolló la propuesta de mejora en la empresa, junto con el cronograma de actividades después de implementar el SG-SST. | spa |
