| dc.description.abstract | Desde la Psicología como ciencia que tiene por objeto el estudio del comportamiento
humano, se hace necesario resaltar en este escrito las subdivisiones de la misma debido a que
en este proceso la psicología forense es la más indicada para abordar el contexto respecto de
la justicia, por tal razón la Psicología Forense según URRA (2002) “la ciencia que enseña
la aplicación de todas las ramas y saberes de la Psicología ante las preguntas de la Justicia y
coopera, en todo momento, con la Administración de Justicia, actuando en el foro, mejorando
el ejercicio del Derecho” donde se presentan víctimas invisibles del conflicto armado en
Colombia, de esta manera nos acercamos mucho para conocer el contexto en que fueron
violentados los derechos de las víctimas en algunas ocasiones, porque el Estado no cumple
con los fines esenciales que la misma constitución regula, configurándose una
responsabilidad, dependiendo de sus regímenes que pueden ser tanto objetivos como
subjetivos.
Desde el enfoque sistémico se puede identificar a través de la herramienta narrativa
los diferentes problemas y sus posibles efectos causados como consecuencia de un hecho
traumático, el cual puede ser tratado a través de un proceso de primeros auxilios psicológicos;
Sin dejar de mencionar la relevancia del ámbito psicosocial por medio del cual la herramienta
narrativa pretende reconocer los fenómenos sociales para así llegar a interpretar los distintos
hechos, brindando las mejores estrategias para que sobrevivan a la situación y continúen con
su proyecto de vida.
En relación a las preguntas que se utilizan (estratégicas, circulares y reflexivas) donde
se busca profundizar en la narración, la calidad de víctima buscando la reparación a través
del acceso a la justicia y hacer efectivos sus derechos.
Los futuros psicólogos tienen un rol fundamental en todo proceso donde se
identifique víctimas del conflicto armado, en efecto son muchas las funciones que deben
cumplir estos profesionales, es posible que con el desarrollo del tiempo esta ciencia de la
psicología logre a través de sus escuelas y especialidades adquiera un lugar fundamental en
todas las sociedades, porque en la actualidad el psicólogo se encuentra excluido debido a la
mala imagen que se tiene de él, en el sentido que las personas del común le señalan como el
encargado de curar locos. | spa |

highlight its subdivisions in this paper because in this process forensic psychology is the most
indicated to address the context regarding justice, for this reason Forensic Psychology
according to URRA (2002) "the science that teaches the application of all branches and
knowledge of Psychology to questions from Justice and cooperates, at all times, with the
Administration of Justice, acting in the forum, improving the exercise of Law ”where
invisible victims of the armed conflict in Colombia present themselves, in this way we get
very close to knowing the context in which the rights of the victims were violated on some
occasions, because the State does not fulfill the essential purposes that the same constitution
regulates, configuring a responsibility, depending on its regimes that can be both objective
and subjective I vos.
From the systemic approach, the different problems and their possible effects caused
as a consequence of a traumatic event can be identified through the narrative tool, which can
be treated through a process of psychological first aid; Not to mention the relevance of the
psychosocial field through which the narrative tool aims to recognize social phenomena in
order to interpret the different events, providing the best strategies for them to survive the
situation and continue with their life project.
In relation to the questions that are used (strategic, circular and reflective) where it is
sought to deepen the narrative, the quality of victim seeking reparation through access to
justice and enforcing their rights.
The future psychologists have a fundamental role in any process where victims of the
armed conflict are identified, in fact there are many functions that these professionals must
fulfill, it is possible that with the development of time this science of psychology achieves
through its schools and specialties acquire a fundamental place in all societies, because at
present the psychologist is excluded due to the bad image that is had of him, in the sense that
