| dc.description.abstract | En esta investigación se evalúa el Sistema de Gestión en Salud y Seguridad de la empresa MDY BPO COLOMBIA, la investigación se realiza a través de la metodología cualitativa. Inicialmente se realizó el contacto con el personal con el ánimo de evaluar las condiciones existentes en la empresa e identificar sus necesidades y poderlas plasmar en la estratégica de mejora en la implementación de los estándares del Sistema de Gestión de la Seguridad y Salud en el Trabajo (SG-SST).
El diagnóstico de la situación actual de la empresa se realizó mediante la evaluación de la Matriz de estándares mínimos del sistema, la información obtenida fue insumo para la propuesta del plan de mejora y recomendaciones a ejecutar. | spa |

| dc.description.abstractenglish | In this research the Health and Safety Management System of the company MDY BPO COLOMBIA is evaluated, the research is carried out through the qualitative methodology. Initially, contact was made with the staff in order to evaluate the existing conditions in the company and identify their needs and be able to translate them into the strategy of improvement in the implementation of the standards of the Management System for Safety and Health at Work (SG-SST) for its initials in Spanish.
The diagnosis of the current situation of the company was made through the evaluation of the Matrix of minimum system standards, the information obtained was input for the proposal of the improvement plan and recommendations to be executed. | spa |
