| dc.description.abstract | Conviene señalar, el Decreto Único Del Sector Del Trabajo 1072 de 2015, donde se establecen las disposiciones para la implementación del Sistema de Gestión de la Seguridad y Salud en el Trabajo SG-SST, con el fin de ser aplicado a la Propuesta Estratégica De Mejora En La Implementación De Los Estándares Mínimos Del Sistema De La Seguridad Y Salud En El Trabajo (SG-SST) En La Empresa IMAPAV S.A.S. Para año 2020 como base del tema del trabajo de investigación.
La compañía, Ingeniería De Mantenimiento De Pavimentos E Infraestructura Sociedad Por Acciones Simplificada - IMAPAV S.A.S empresa que se dedica a actividades de arquitectura e ingeniería y otras actividades conexas de consultoría técnica; ubicada en la carrera 70 C 79- 60 en la ciudad de Bogotá. Actualmente, cuenta con personal operativo y administrativo clasificando con un nivel de riesgo medio cuenta con alrededor de 50 empleados; con el fin de reconocer la importancia del Talento Humano y cumplir con objetivos propuestos por la alta gerencia; es necesario integrar beneficios que trae consigo la implementación del SGSST: certificación, identificación de riesgos en la seguridad y salud en el trabajo, aumentar la credibilidad y mejora la imagen de la empresa ante sus clientes y la comunidad, ofrecer capacitación al personal en prevención de accidentes en el trabajo. | spa |

The company, Engineering of maintenance of pavements and infrastructure Simplified shares company - IMAPAV S.A.S company that is engaged in architectural and engineering activities and other activities related to technical consulting; located at Carrera 70 C 79-60 in the city of Bogotá. Currently, it has operational and administrative personnel, classifying with a medium risk level, it has around 50 employees; in order to recognize the importance of human talent and meet the objectives proposed by senior management; It is necessary to integrate benefits that the implementation of the SGSST brings: certification, identification of risks in the safety and health at work, increase credibility and improve the image of the company before its clients and the community, provide training to personnel in prevention of accidents at work.
It is our interest as future Business Administrators to be able to offer organizations solutions to the possible inconveniences that may arise in terms of improving their disposition of human talent, that is why it is important for us to deepen the changes required by the Ministry of Labor of According to the current Resolution 0312 of 2019, because the implementation of the SG-SST can generate doubts, errors and disinterest on the part of the employer, we know that it is vital that they have support that serves as a guide in all phases of the process of implementation and that with an external view we can offer constructive criticism improving the process.
As a result of what has been previously described, the work is presented divided into chapters, in the first chapter the research problem is raised, the second chapter describes the theoretical and legal framework, the third describes the qualitative methodology applied in the research, in the fourth chapter presents the results obtained and the fifth chapter offers the improvement plan to correctly implement SG-SST, the annual plan together with the schedule of activities; ending with the recommendations to contribute to the proper development of the company's SG-SST. | spa |
