dc.description.abstractenglishOrganizations today, regardless of their size or economic activity, must generate a high degree of empathy and commitment with their employees, not only seeking to protect the health and integrity of each of the collaborators, but because it is a moral and legal duty of organizations to improve the experience they live in their day to day within the company and see the contribution in the fulfillment of the goals. The main objective of this project is to recognize and analyze the degree of satisfaction and commitment of the collaborators of the Central-Eastern Regional of Coomeva Prepaid Medicine, identifying factors such as the rotation of personnel and the low fulfillment of the indicators have been the result of an adaptation process that does not favor the experience of the collaborator. With the results of this research, we seek to provide a map of experience and a proposal for improvement, thus providing a tool that allows control of the rotation of staff in the organization, as well as increase the commitment and satisfaction level of the collaborators. Through 2 focus groups, a survey was conducted where the collaborators involved in the study gave their opinions about 2 experiences they have in the company and which are the attributes they considered most important of these 2 experiences; an order of importance was given to each attribute and a survey with 12 questions was sent through google forms to the remaining collaborators. According to the results that were obtained, it is evident that there is a gap in the values of commitment, willingness to others and quality, so the respective recommendations were generated, which will improve each of the weaknesses found in the experience of employees.
