dc.description.abstract	La aplicación de la estrategia entornos saludables en la vereda la Florida, permitió aumentar la capacidad de comprensión de los determinantes sociales en salud, haciendo referencia a los aspectos sociales, económicos, políticos, culturales y medio ambientales que influencian los efectos de salud, de esta manera crear conciencia en el auto cuidado como parte importante de la salud, el aprendizaje, la calidad de vida y las oportunidades de desarrollo humano y social. A través de este trabajo aplicado se logró dar a conocer cómo se desarrollao la aplicación de esta estrategia con la comunidad de la vereda de La Florida de esta manera concientizar en el buen uso de los productos agro químicos que de alguna manera u otra son parte de la producción de cultivos en la zona, como primera fase un diagnostico a través de visita y la aplicación de una encuestas piloto con el fin de conocer la problemática que se presentaba y poder aportar al mejoramiento del entorno y asi llegar a capacitar a la comunidad de manera adecuada que permitio obtener los resultados deseados a través de una evaluación. En la estrategia de entornos saludables, inicialmente se realizó los estudios de caracterización de las condiciones de salud, para generar proyectos orientados a disminuir la vulnerabilidad de la población. Se buscó también el mejoramiento de la calidad de vida y con ello impulsar la sostenibilidad de las condiciones de salud de quienes habitan la vereda, pues existe una estrecha relación entre las condiciones de la vivienda y la salud física, mental y social de los habitantes de la comunidad de la Florida del municipio de San Bernardo

dc.description.abstractenglish	The application of the healthy environments strategy in the Florida sidewalk, increases the understanding capacity of Social Determinants in Health (circumstances in which people are born, grow, live, work and age, including the health system, health, investment state- WHO 2008), referring to the social, economic, political, cultural and environmental aspects that influence the health effects, thus creating awareness in self-care as an important part of health, learning, quality of life and human and social development opportunities. Through this applied work, it was possible to publicize how the application of this strategy will develop with the community of the village of Florida, thus raising awareness of the proper use of agrochemicals that in some way or another are part of crop production in the area, under the healthy environment strategy to which you want to reach, a diagnosis will be carried out as a first phase through a visit and the application of a pilot survey in order to know the problems that currently arise and in this way proceed to implement the healthy environment strategy for the improvement of the environment and in this way be able to adequately train the community to obtain the desired results through evaluation. In the Healthy Environments strategy, the Characterization Studies of Health Conditions are initially carried out, to generate projects aimed at reducing vulnerability and improving the living conditions of its inhabitants. It also seeks to improve the quality of life and thereby promote the sustainability of the health conditions of those who inhabit the sidewalk, since there is a close relationship between housing conditions and the physical, mental and social health of the inhabitants of the florida community of the municipality of San Bernardo.
