| dc.description.abstract | Este proyecto tuvo como objetivo principal incentivar la toma de decisiones y el
desarrollo de habilidades matemáticas en estudiantes de básica secundaria a partir de un método
experiencial constructivista, mediante simulaciones Phet. Por lo que se concibe bajo un enfoque
de orden cualitativo e interpretativo, utilizando una metodología específica a través de la cual se
genera una concepción reflexiva y comprensiva, no sólo de los conceptos sino también de las
relaciones del entorno que se establecen entre el conocimiento previo, la participación y la
influencia de la cultura en la educación y el aprendizaje de las matemáticas. La propuesta se
desarrollada en la IE Benedikta Zur Nieden en la zona rural del municipio de Itagüí, Antioquia
cuenta con el equipo de trabajo y con la participación de los docentes de las demás áreas de la
institución educativa, los padres de familia y la comunidad, así como los estudiantes del grado 8º
de la institución. Al analizar el registro de los resultados obtenidos con la implementación de las
simulaciones, se pudo constatar que los estudiantes se vieron motivados e interesados en la
materia. Los estudiantes al darle uso a la computadora para aprender conceptos físicos, se
sintieron motivados, ansiosos de aplicar la tecnología en su aprendizaje, intuitivos en el
momento de desarrollar las hojas de trabajo, lograron concretar conceptos de energía solo con el
uso del simulador, pudieron repetir las veces que fueran necesario el movimiento y analizar
detenidamente el comportamiento de las energías y por último la mayoría de los estudiantes
mejoraron sus conocimientos sobre este contenido. | |

development of mathematical skills in junior high school students from a constructivist
experiential method, through Phet simulations. Therefore, it is conceived under a qualitative and
interpretative approach, using a specific methodology through which a reflective and
comprehensive conception is generated, not only of the concepts but also of the relationships of
the environment that is previous between the previous knowledge. the participation and influence
of culture in mathematics education and learning. The proposal was developed at the IE
