dc.description.abstract	El barrio La Paz hace parte de la Comuna 2 de Popayán, constituido básicamente por construcciones antiguas remodeladas. Cuenta con una Junta de Acción Comunal, JAC, la cual se encarga de velar por el desarrollo del barrio, en pro del mejoramiento del mismo en cuanto a estructuras físicas y buen vivir. Con la realización de la investigación y la observación participante, se logró determinar que uno de los mayores inconvenientes que presenta la organización en cuanto a su funcionamiento, es la ausencia de canales de comunicación interna y externamente, lo que ha generado inconformismo entre la comunidad del barrio. Por lo cual, se hace necesario la implementación de una estrategia que contribuya la creación de canales de comunicación, para que tanto la JAC como la comunidad de La Paz trabajen de manera óptima y más participativa. Por consiguiente, se plantea fortalecer las Dinámicas Comunicativas de la OSP JAC barrio La Paz para una comunicación participativa, fortaleciendo la comunicación interna entre los miembros de la junta, a través de la implementación de canales de comunicación haciendo uso de las herramientas TIC.

dc.description.abstractenglish	The La Paz neighborhood is part of Popayán Commune 2, basically made up of old remodeled buildings. It has a Community Action Board, JAC, which is in charge of ensuring the development of the neighborhood, in order to improve it in terms of physical structures and good living. With the completion of the research and participant observation, it was determined that one of the biggest drawbacks that the organization presents in terms of its operation is the absence of internal and external communication channels, which has generated nonconformity among the community of the neighborhood. Therefore, it is necessary to implement a strategy that contributes to the creation of communication channels, so that both the JAC and the La Paz community work in an optimal and more participatory manner. Therefore, the use of strengthening the Communication Dynamics of the OSP JAC neighborhood of La Paz is proposed for participatory communication, strengthening internal communication between the members of the board, through the implementation of communication channels using TIC tools.
