| dc.description.abstract | El presente artículo expone el análisis sociológico realizado al proyecto de innovación social Escuela de Formación Artística y Promoción Cultural Ciudad Norte, ubicado en la ciudad de Bucaramanga. A partir de un proceso metodológico de sistematización de experiencias, se realizó la investigación del contexto territorial, las causas por las que nace el proyecto, actores y beneficiarios, el desarrollo histórico que ha tenido la innovación, así como el impacto social que ha producido en la comunidad. Esto se logró mediante la realización de entrevistas a los actores y beneficiarios del proyecto y a través de la búsqueda rigurosa en fuentes secundarias.
La Escuela de Formación Artística y Promoción Cultural Ciudad Norte es una de esas experiencias que nos muestra la realidad social, económica, cultural y política que en su diario acontecer vive el sector norte de la ciudad de Bucaramanga; su objetivo como innovación social es la transformación social a partir de las diversas acciones que los individuos y los grupos realizan en el marco de la búsqueda de alternativas de mejoramiento y solución permanente a sus necesidades y conflictos territoriales.
Podemos no solo observar, sino, comprender, los diversos elementos de interacción social que se congregan dentro de este colectivo, en su mayoría jóvenes; también, conocer las distintas relaciones que se entretejen alrededor y al interior de este proceso social, en virtud del trabajo realizado durante un poco más de 17 años, en los cuales, el impacto y la cohesión social, son resultados presentes y permanentes dentro de la comunidad. | |

| dc.description.abstractenglish | This article exposes the sociological analysis carried out on the Ciudad Norte Artistic Training and Cultural Promotion School social innovation project located in the city of Bucaramanga. From a methodological process of systematization of experiences, the investigation of the territorial context was carried out, the causes for which the project was born, who and why participates in the experience, the historical development that the innovation has had, as well as the impact social it has produced in the community. This was achieved by conducting interviews with the actors and beneficiaries of the project and through a rigorous search of secondary sources.
The Ciudad Norte Artistic Training and Cultural Promotion School is one of those experiences that shows us the social, economic, cultural and political reality that the northern sector of the city of Bucaramanga experiences in its daily life; Its objective as social innovation is social transformation based on the various actions that individuals and groups carry out in the framework of the search for alternatives for improvement and permanent solutions to their needs and territorial conflicts.
We can not only observe, but also understand the various elements of social interaction that congregate within this group, mostly young people; also, to know the different relationships that are interwoven around and within this social process, by virtue of the work carried out for a little more than 17 years, in which the social impact and social cohesion are present and permanent results within the community. | |
