| dc.description.abstract | El Festival Nacional de Gaitas “Francisco Llirene”, es una organización cultural sin ánimo de lucro que busca resguardar los sonidos de la música de gaita mediante la difusión y realización de proyectos culturales enfocados a sectores académicos, arqueológicos, folclóricos, audiovisuales, artísticos y dancísticos relacionados con este género autóctono de la región montemaríana, garantizando así la preservación y transmisión de los sonidos de la chuana, las danzas ancestrales y la construcción de instrumentos folclóricos a las nuevas generaciones.
El propósito de este ejercicio investigativo es analizar las dificultades que desde la comunicación participativa y la construcción de comunidad ha venido padeciendo el festival de gaitas al interior y exterior de este. Apoyados en los conocimientos adquiridos en el Diplomado en Construcción de Redes Sociales de Comunicación el investigador participante pudo establecer las falencias, fortalezas y desaciertos que ha venido presentando la entidad, en este sentido el objetivo principal de la exploración apunta a consolidar los lazos sociales y comunicacionales que por años se han forjado en la organización cultural, activando la participación ciudadana como eje central para fortalecer los canales de comunicación y el accionar institucional mediante la creación de una oficina de comunicaciones que maneje la información oficial de la asociación. | |

| dc.description.abstractenglish | The National Bagpipe Festival "Francisco Llirene" is a non-profit cultural organization that seeks to safeguard the sounds of bagpipe music through the dissemination and implementation of cultural projects focused on academic, archaeological, folkloric, audiovisual, artistic and dance sectors related to this indigenous genre of the Montemarí region, thus ensuring the preservation and transmission of the sounds of chuana, ancestral dances and the construction of folkloric instruments to new generations.
The purpose of this research exercise is to analyze the difficulties that the gaitas festival has been suffering from inside and outside the festival in terms of participatory communication and community building. Supported by the knowledge acquired in the Diploma in Construction of Social Communication Networks, the researcher participant was able to establish the shortcomings, strengths and weaknesses that the entity has been presenting, in this sense the main objective of the exploration aims to consolidate the social and communicational ties that for years have been forged in the cultural organization, activating citizen participation as a central axis to strengthen communication channels and institutional action through the creation of a communications office that manages the official information of the association. | |
