| dc.description.abstract | El presente trabajo da a conocer la importancia de vitalizar en la institución educativa la relevancia del factor familia dentro del proceso de formación integral de los estudiantes de la sede principal del centro educativo John F Kennedy, ubicado en la vereda La Gaviota, Municipio de Calima el Darién, Valle del Cauca, teniendo en cuenta el análisis de diversas situaciones que pueden presentarse en el entorno educativo como consecuencia de la despreocupación de algunos padres de familia frente al proceso de aprendizaje tanto a académico como personal de sus hijos en el establecimiento educativo.
Por consiguiente, a través, de áreas indispensables como la psicología y la pedagogía se busca conocer e identificar las falencias en cada uno de los actores inmersos en el proceso de formación, lo cual, permita comenzar a implementar estrategias como la escuela padres, en aras, realizar actividades a modo de conversatorios, con el objetivo de crear espacios de socialización, donde los acudientes tengan la posibilidad de conocer y reflexionar acerca de la influencia directa que tiene el contexto familiar para el desarrollo efectivo del proceso de formación.
Donde, después de haber implementado lo planeado el objetivo principal es utilizar la información obtenida, en aras, de cimentar en los padres de familia de la sede John F Kennedy, las bases del valor cualitativo que tiene la dinámica familiar de los niños, en pro de solucionar, mitigar y prevenir situaciones negativas que están influyendo directamente en el desarrollo del proceso de enseñanza aprendizaje pleno de los estudiantes, es decir, implementar la estrategia escuela de padres es vital para comenzar para comenzar a fortalecer las dificultades que se están presentando tanto en el entorno educativo y familiar, por medio de un proceso reflexivo y autónomo por parte de los padres en busca del bienestar general de los alumnos de la institución.

| dc.description.abstractenglish | The present work reveals the importance of vitalizing in the educational institution the relevance of the family factor within the process of integral formation of the students of the main headquarters of the John F Kennedy educational center, located in the path of La Gaviota, Municipality of Calima Darién, Valle del Cauca, taking into account the analysis of various situations that may arise in the educational environment as a consequence of the carelessness of some parents in the face of the learning process, both academic and personal, of their children in the educational establishment.
Therefore, through essential areas such as psychology and pedagogy, it seeks to know and identify the shortcomings in each of the actors involved in the training process, which allows to start implementing strategies such as the parent school, for the sake of to promote and carry out activities in the form of conversations, with the aim of carrying out spaces for socialization, where the guardians have the possibility of knowing and reflecting on the direct influence that the family context has for the effective development of the formation of their sons.
Where, after having implemented what was planned, the main objective is to use the information obtained, in order to establish in the parents of the John F Kennedy headquarters, the bases of the qualitative value that the family dynamics of the children have, in favour of to solve, mitigate and prevent negative situations that are directly influencing the development of the full teaching-learning process of the students, that is, implementing the parent school strategy is vital to begin to begin to strengthen the difficulties that are occurring both in the educational and family environment, through, a significant and autonomous reflection process on the part of the parents in search of the general well-being of the students of the institution. | |
