dc.description.abstract	El tiempo de la pandemia ha generado varias repercusiones en los diferentes ámbitos, no se puede negar que en el área de la salud ha producido un gran choque dado a la cantidad de morbilidad. El efecto de la pandemia ha incidido no solo en el área física, sino en el área emocional del ser humano, es así que los niños y adolescentes no han sido ajenos a estas afectaciones y allí es en donde se destaca la salud mental. Son pocas las investigaciones realizadas sobre la salud mental de los menores de edad escolar, entonces, resultante importante realizar una investigación con la cual se analice las afectaciones de salud mental que han tenido los niños/niñas y adolescentes por el confinamiento debido al Covid-19 de las instituciones públicas del municipio de Pamplona, Norte de Santander. Entre los hallazgos más sobresalientes de la investigación se pudo evidenciar problemas en cuanto a salud mental en nuestra comunidad como los trastornos de ansiedad, insomnio y depresión entre otros.

There are few investigations carried out on the mental health of minors, it is important to carry out an investigation that analyzes the mental health effects that children and adolescents have had due to the confinement due to Covid-19 of the public institutions of the municipality. from Pamplona, North of Santander. Among the most outstanding findings of the investigation, it was possible to demonstrate mental health problems in our community such as disorders such as anxiety, insomnia, depression, etc.
