| dc.description.abstract | La pertinencia de este estudio radica en que será de gran utilidad; en primer lugar, para los
estudiantes inscritos en la Universidad Nacional Abierta y Distancia UNAD, en tanto fortalece e
incrementa el acervo teórico- conceptual sobre el tema y con ello, se posibilita la optimización
en su proceso de enseñanza-aprendizaje. Y, en segundo lugar, para la institución, porque le
