dc.descriptionThe world is currently facing a health crisis as a result of a respiratory disease with an upward trend, which requires the global world to have functional, operational, logistical, and human resources at the service of humanity. At a global level, the United Nations Organization (UN) and the World Health Organization (WHO) are taking measures to expand scientific knowledge about this new virus, which was declared as a Pandemic on January 30, 2020. However, they state that “describing the situation as a pandemic does not change the WHO's assessment” Adhanom (2020); that is, countries must reinvent themselves and activate efforts to respond to this crisis.en-US
dc.descriptionActualmente el mundo enfrenta una crisis sanitaria a raíz de una enfermedad respiratoria con tendencia creciente, que exige al mundo global disponer dispositivos funcionales, operativos, logísticos y humanos al servicio de la humanidad. A nivel global, la Orga-nización de las Naciones Unidas (ONU) y la Organización Mundial de la Salud (OMS), disponen medidas, para ampliar los conocimientos científicos sobre este nuevo virus, manifestado como pandemia el 30 de enero de 2020, no obstante, declaran que: “describir la situación como una pandemia no cambia la evaluación de la OMS” Adhanom (2020), es decir los países deben reinventarse y activar esfuerzos que den respuesta a esta crisis.es-ES
