| dc.description.abstract | La siguiente investigación del trabajo académico buscamos dar alternativas de mejora para el proceso de inducción el estudio se desarrolló en la empresa Alkhorayef Petroleum Colombia, el objetivo de la investigación fue realizar un diagnóstico al proceso de inducción, con el fin de identificar las posibles falencias, se realizó una metodología descriptiva la cual buscamos analizar las propiedades más importantes, se tuvieran en cuenta 10 empleados de la compañía, por lo cual se diseñan las preguntas referente a las mejoras de la inducción, se obtuvieron y se pudo concluir que la inducción tuvo resultados del 90%, 80% y 70% Y que el porcentaje menor es del 20% y 30% se deben hacer mejoras y estrategias para la implementación de la inducción. | |
