| dc.description.abstract | El presente trabajo ofrece a los lectores la oportunidad de conocer a cerca del instituto Politécnico San Juan de Pasto, el cual esta ubicado en la ciudad de Pasto Nariño Colombia, se dedica a la formación academia y destaca como uno de los politécnicos mas reconocidos en la región, cuenta con 56 funcionarios entre administrativos y docentes, actualmente tiene implementado procesos y estrategias que le permiten avanzar en su labor, sin embargo se busca mejorar mucho mas el aprendizaje y las capacidades de sus funcionarios permitiendo ofrecer mejores planes académicos y herramientas a sus estudiantes que los cataloguen como personas con formación avanzada y de alta calidad.
En la búsqueda de este objetivo se quiere implementar métodos de capacitación constante que permita a los docentes y demás personal de instituto ir a la vanguardia de los avances tecnológicos, aplicando métodos modernos de educación donde los estudiantes el principal cliente del Politécnico cuente con todos los conocimientos para enfrentarse en el mundo laboral actual. Adicional a esto también busca que mejore así también la organización interna y el clima laboral, lo que permite llevar un ambiente de trabajo óptivo y la productividad se vea beneficiada con todas estas estrategias. | |

In pursuit of this objective, we want to implement constant training methods that allow teachers and other institute personnel to be at the forefront of technological advances, applying modern education methods where students, the main client of the Politecnico, have all the necessary knowledge. to cope in the current world of work. In addition to this, it also seeks to improve the internal organization and the work environment, which allows an optional work environment and productivity to benefit from all these strategies. | |
