| dc.description.abstract | La deserción en los estudiantes Universitarios, es un tema que ocupa a los actores de la Educación Superior, sobre éste se encuentran múltiples abordajes, definiciones, investigaciones y explicaciones, sin embargo, y pese a las estrategias que han surgido de las investigaciones, continua siendo un flagelo presente en las Instituciones de Educación Superior y que en última instancia afecta el futuro desarrollo del país, dadas las habilidades y competencias profesionales que finalmente no desarrollan los individuos que desertan del sistema educativo. Esta propuesta de investigación es cualitativa, privilegia la profundidad en la información obtenida para desde un enfoque hermenéutico definir los sistemas categoriales que emergen de los datos y construir el análisis a partir de las categorías en mínimo tres niveles de abstracción, que busca describir desde los estudiantes lo que acontece en el universo del aula virtual, las emociones que genera y la manera como desde cada subjetividad son asumidas y resueltas, identificando alertas tempranas para mitigar la decisión de abandonar los estudios. | |

| dc.description.abstractenglish | Dropout among University students is a topic that occupies the actors of Higher Education. There are multiple approaches, definitions, investigations and explanations about it; however, and despite the strategies that have emerged from the investigations, it continues to be a scourge present in Higher Education Institutions and that ultimately affects the future development of the country, given the professional skills and competencies that individuals who drop out of the educational system ultimately do not develop. This research proposal is qualitative, it privileges the depth of the information obtained to, from a hermeneutic approach, define the categorical systems that emerge from the data and build the analysis from the categories in at least three levels of abstraction, which seeks to describe from the students what happens in the universe of the virtual classroom, the emotions it generates and the way in which each subjectivity is assumed and resolved, identifying early warnings to mitigate the decision to abandon studies. | |
