| dc.description.abstract | El proyecto de investigación y práctica pedagógica se implementa bajo la estipulación de los procesos de observación y análisis en la población de La Calera (Cundinamarca), donde habitan niños pertenecientes a las primeras infancias; gateadores (6m-12m), caminadores (1año-2años) y toodlers (2años-3años), por tal motivo desde los entes privados se componen desarrollos investigativos que permitan abordar las principales necesidades de las nuevas generaciones, reconociendo la importancia de acompañar el desarrollo y el crecimiento de forma integral desde los primeros momentos y las primeras etapas de vida; más conocidas como principales etapas de desarrollo, dado que son estas edades las más trascendentales a la hora de formar hábitos de estudio, conductas comportamentales, aspectos y rasgos de personalidad, entre otros.
La investigación realizada evidencia la necesidad de proponer e implementar funciones de apoyo estructurales e integral por parte de la academia para formar a los niños de primera infancia bajo parámetros que les brinden herramientas, materiales, estrategias y oportunidades pertinentes acordes a sus necesidades de desarrollo, a sus edades tanto cronológicas como físicas y cognitivas, es así como el proyecto I.P.C kids se inaugura como una propuesta de respuesta a estas necesidades latentes en las primeras etapas de desarrollo de los niños y las niñas, diseñando un proyecto que fundamente sus actividades en estrategias y metodologías de desarrollo asertiva para la adecuada formación del ser humano en un ambiente seguro y acorde a su necesidad, brindando así protocolos de cuidado y desarrollando a la par actividades de estimulación en niños desde los 9 meses hasta los 3 años de edad (Niños previos al preescolar), postulando un espacio de cuidado integral que satisface las principales necesidades y preocupaciones de los padres de familia, dado que este aspecto toca fibras de integración con el desarrollo en el hogar (entorno social) y en el desarrollo individual (entorno personal), reconociendo que la estrategia y método de crianza compuesto por los principales cuidadores; ya sean estos padres, familiares o maestros influye de forma sustancial en todos los aspectos de desarrollo de los niños y las niñas que harán parte del grupo focal de esta investigación y práctica pedagógica | |

| dc.description.abstractenglish | The research project and pedagogical practice is implemented under the stipulation of the processes of observation and analysis in the population of La Calera (Cundinamarca), where children belonging to early childhood live; crawlers (6m-12m), walkers (1year-2years) and toodlers (2years-3years), for such reason from the private entities are composed investigative developments that allow to approach the main needs of the new generations, recognizing the importance of accompanying the development and growth in an integral way from the first moments and the first stages of life; better known as main stages of development, since these are the most transcendental ages at the time of forming study habits, behavioral conducts, aspects and personality traits, among others.
The research carried out shows the need to propose and implement structural and integral support functions by the academy to train early childhood children under parameters that provide them with tools, materials, strategies and relevant opportunities according to their developmental needs, their chronological, physical and cognitive ages. C kids project is inaugurated as a proposal to respond to these latent needs in the early stages of development of children, designing a project that bases its activities on strategies and methodologies of assertive development for the proper formation of the human being in a safe environment and according to their needs, thus providing care protocols and developing at the same time stimulation activities for children from 9 months to 3 years of age (children before preschool), postulating a comprehensive care space that meets the main needs and concerns of parents, given that this aspect touches fibers of integration with the development at home (social environment) and individual development (personal environment), recognizing that the strategy and method of upbringing composed by the main caregivers; whether they are parents, relatives or teachers, substantially influences all aspects of the development of the children who will be part of the focus group of this research and pedagogical practice. | |
