| dc.description.abstract | En el presente documento se informara sobre
las buenas prácticas pecuarias que implementa
la fi nca el Refl ejo del municipio de Saravena
Arauca sobre la lechería, la cual fue la fi nca
escogida para realizar la práctica del diplomado
de profundización de buenas prácticas pecuarias,
en la cual se llevó a cabo la lista de chequeo
autorizada ante el ICA Instituto Colombiano
Agropecuario, esta lista nos ayuda a que se
garantice una buena inocuidad en la leche a la
hora del consumo humano, donde nos informa
sobre la sanidad del animal, bioseguridad y los
requisitos que implementan a la hora del higiene
del ordeño, también como adecuar el uso de los
medicamentos veterinarios, de las temperaturas
adecuadas del tanque de enfriamiento de la
leche, de los nutrientes que dan a los animales,
si son insumos adecuados en sus diferentes
etapas, saneamiento de la explotación y por
último el bienestar animal que están manejando
el personal contratado por el señor ELMER

livestock practices that the Refl ejo farm in the
municipality of Saravena Arauca implements on
the dairy, which was the farm chosen to carry
out the practice of the diploma course on good
livestock practices, in which carried out the
checklist authorized by the ICA Colombian
Agricultural Institute, this list helps us
guarantee good safety in milk at the time of
human consumption, where it informs us about
health of the animal, biosecurity and the
requirements that they implement when it
comes to milking hygiene, also how to adapt the
use of veterinary medications, the appropriate
temperatures of the milk cooling tank, the
nutrients that they give to the animals, if they
are adequate inputs in its different stages, sanitation of the exploitation and fi nally the
animal welfare that the personnel hired by Mr.
