| dc.description.abstract | El informe, analiza la implementación de buenas prácticas pecuarias (BPP) en la Hacienda La Trinidad, ubicada en Ventaquemada, Boyacá, que se dedica a la producción de ganado Normando de doble propósito (carne y leche).
Este proyecto busca optimizar la productividad y sostenibilidad a través de un enfoque técnico que garantice la sanidad y bienestar animal, calidad de productos, manejo ambiental responsable y formación del personal.
La finca enfrenta retos en infraestructura, alimentación y manejo ambiental, pero destaca por su capacidad para generar leche de alta calidad y su camino hacia la certificación en Buenas Prácticas Pecuarias (BPP). The farm faces challenges in terms of infrastructure, feed and environmental management, but stands out for its capacity to generate high-quality milk and its progress towards Good Farming Practices (GFP) certification.
