| dc.description.abstract | El Programa de Alfabetización Digital de Montería emergió como una iniciativa social destinada a abordar la brecha digital en comunidades vulnerables, involucrando a actores como educadores, líderes comunitarios, entre otros. El objetivo del programa citado fue reducir la exclusión social y mejorar el acceso a oportunidades laborales y educativas a través de la capacitación digital, alcanzando a más de 5,000 personas. La metodología utilizada en este proyecto fue de carácter cualitativa, incluyendo entrevistas y análisis de documentos, donde se aplicó la índice Technology Readiness Levels (TRL) para evaluar su desarrollo. Se identificaron resultados clave en la gestión de ideas creativas, el desarrollo de actividades, y la estructuración organizativa del programa. Se promovieron talleres interactivos en centros comunitarios, beneficiando a jóvenes, adultos y seniors, creando un entorno colaborativo. Los participantes experimentaron un aumento en la empleabilidad y un fortalecimiento del tejido social, mientras se establecieron alianzas estratégicas con universidades y ONGs. Al llegar al TRL 8, el programa mostró ser un sistema robusto y validado por la comunidad, evidenciando su impacto positivo en la inclusión social. Se concluye que el Programa de Alfabetización Digital de Montería representa un modelo exitoso que no solo transforma vidas individuales, sino que también empodera a la comunidad, sentando las bases para la replicación en otros contextos y promoviendo un futuro inclusivo y equitativo en el acceso a la tecnología. | |

| dc.description.abstractenglish | The Montería Digital Literacy Program emerged as a social initiative aimed at addressing the digital divide in vulnerable communities, involving actors such as educators, community leaders and government entities. The objective of the aforementioned program was to reduce social exclusion and improve access to job and educational opportunities through digital training, reaching more than 5,000 people. The methodology used in this project was qualitative, including interviews and document analysis, where the Technology Readiness Levels (TRL) index was applied to evaluate its development. Key results were identified in the management of creative ideas, the development of activities, and the organizational structuring of the program. Interactive workshops were promoted in community centers, benefiting youth, adults and seniors, creating a collaborative environment. Participants experienced an increase in employability and a strengthening of the social fabric, while strategic alliances were established with universities and NGOs. Upon reaching TRL 8, the program proved to be a robust system validated by the community, evidencing its positive impact on social inclusion.
