| dc.description.abstract | El presente trabajo de investigación es producto del proceso de formación en investigación formativa, como opción de grado, con base en la reflexión sobre la práctica pedagógica y la investigación educativa. Este estudio se llevó a cabo en la Universidad Nacional Abierta y a Distancia – UNAD, trabajando con los miembros del club de inglés “VIP ENGLISH”. El objetivo general fue fomentar el desarrollo de las habilidades pedagógicas para la enseñanza y aprendizaje del inglés como lengua extranjera en los miembros del club “VIP ENGLISH” a través de talleres de capacitación y práctica en escenarios simulados durante el primer semestre del 2025, haciendo uso de un enfoque cualitativo y experimental en el que puso a prueba las habilidades pedagógicas de los estudiantes reconociendo sus efectos en la práctica pedagógica. A partir de esta investigación, se concluyó que los miembros del club “VIP ENGLISH” alcanzan a fortalecer su confianza, superando el miedo y la timidez ante la poca preparación que presentaron al planear una clase de inglés (EFL), reconociendo que en la planeación siempre se debe tener presente el contexto poblacional para así poder organizar y distribuir mejor los recursos y, el docente de inglés debe tener dominio, manejo de grupo y facilitar un ambiente acogedor. | |

| dc.description.abstractenglish | This research work is a product of the training process in formative research, as a degree option, based on reflection on pedagogical practice and educational research. This study was carried out at the Universidad Nacional Abierta y a Distancia - UNAD, working with members of the ‘VIP ENGLISH’ English club. The general objective was to foster the development of pedagogical skills for the teaching and learning of English as a foreign language in the members of the ‘VIP ENGLISH’ club through training workshops and practice in simulated scenarios during the first semester of 2025, using a qualitative and experimental approach in which the pedagogical skills of the students were tested and their effects on pedagogical practice were recognized. From this research, it was concluded that the members of the ‘VIP ENGLISH’ club achieved to strengthen their confidence, overcoming fear and shyness in the face of the little preparation they presented when planning an English class (EFL), recognizing that in the planning the population context must always be taken into account to organize better and distribute the resources, and the English teacher must have mastery, group management and facilitate a welcoming environment. | |
