| dc.description.abstract | Este documento es el resultado de un ejercicio de investigación formativa, desarrollado como opción de grado, que permitió reflexionar sobre la práctica pedagógica y la investigación educativa. El estudio se llevó a cabo en un grupo de tareas ubicado en el municipio de Cubarral-Meta, en el barrio Villa Luz, trabajando con niños y niñas de 7 a 8 años edad los cuales presentaban dificultad para expresar y manejar sus emociones. El objetivo general fue fomentar el manejo y exploración de emociones en los niños y niñas del grupo de tareas del municipio de Cubarral (Meta) del barrio Villa Luz, a través de juegos tradicionales orientados desde la inteligencia emocional durante el año 2025, utilizando un enfoque cualitativo y experimental en el que puso en juego la implementación de juegos tradicionales, reconociendo sus efectos en el manejo y exploración de emociones en los niños y niñas. A partir de este ejercicio investigativo, se concluyó que el juego tradicional es un mecanismo importante en el aprendizaje de cada niño ayudándolos a tener más conocimiento frente a sus propias emociones, mejorando su autoestima y capacidad de socializar, por lo tanto, es importante crear nuevos ambientes y estrategias de aprendizajes mediadas por juegos; para de este modo brindar una educación más didáctica y significativa. | |

| dc.description.abstractenglish | This document is the result of a formative research exercise, developed as a degree option, which allowed us to reflect on pedagogical practice and educational research. The study was carried out in a task group located in the municipality of Cubarral-Meta, in the Villa Luz neighborhood, working with boys and girls from 7 to 8 years of age who had difficulty expressing and managing their emotions. The general objective was to promote the management and exploration of emotions in the boys and girls of the task group of the municipality of Cubarral (Meta) of the Villa Luz neighborhood, through traditional games oriented from emotional intelligence during the year 2025, using a qualitative and experimental approach in which the implementation of traditional games was put into play, recognizing their effects on the management and exploration of emotions in boys and girls. From this investigative exercise, it was concluded that traditional play is an important mechanism in the learning of each child, helping them to have more knowledge about their own emotions, improving their self-esteem and ability to socialize, therefore, it is important to create new environments and learning strategies mediated by games; in order to provide a more didactic and meaningful education. | |
