| dc.description.abstract | La violencia de género relacionada con los medios digitales es una problemática que se da cuando “En el espacio digital acontece una reproducción de comportamientos discriminatorios y violentos en contra de las mujeres, que se encuentran normalizados y hasta incentivados por algunas estancias " (Comisión de derechos humanos de México, 2021. pg. 26), es una problemática en crecimiento, especialmente en el contexto actual en que el acceso a las redes sociales es cada vez más fácil y generalizado. Hoy en día, esta tipología de violencia se ha vuelto aún más visible, ya que cada vez más mujeres comparten y denuncian sus experiencias, lo que evidencia la urgencia de abordar este fenómeno.
Esta monografía se propone investigar en profundidad la violencia de género facilitada por la tecnología desde un enfoque cualitativo. El estudio tiene como objetivo principal analizar la violencia de género facilitada por la tecnología, explorando sus manifestaciones, impactos y contextos socio-culturales, con el fin de que se contribuya al conocimiento y la sensibilización sobre este fenómeno.
La revisión de la literatura muestra que, a pesar de la creciente atención que recibe el tema, aún existe un vacío bibliográfico significativo en cuanto a la comprensión integral de la violencia de género digital y sus implicaciones psicosociales. Por ello, resulta crucial profundizar en este concepto, no solo para ampliar el conocimiento académico, sino también para promover acciones de educación, sensibilización y el fortalecimiento de políticas de igualdad que contribuyan a mitigar sus efectos negativos de este fenómeno. | |

| dc.description.abstractenglish | Gender based violence related to digital media is a problem that has been growing strongly in recent years, even more so if we take into account the ease of approach to social networks, and the conditions generated by the pandemic caused by the coronavirus, where social uncertainty exacerbated digital violence not only as a matter of gender but in different areas; in addition to this, today this type of violence has become more visible given the awareness of women to publicize their situation and report it to the relevant authorities; This is why it is intended to investigate this problem in depth from a qualitative approach, in order to know the different views, theories and contributions that are presented in the bibliographical context, specifying the causes, consequences, cycles of violence and other repercussions at the psychological, individual and psychosocial level, thus developing this concept in a broad manner from its different dimensions, understanding in depth the risk factors and protective factors that can be directly related to digital gender violence.
The monographic study aims to investigate the different perspectives and bibliographic references that have been given on the subject, to provide a broad description of the origin and evolution of this problem, understanding the dimensions in which it develops as a reality that directly affects a large number of women and manifests itself through different forms, integrating in them sextortion, cyberbullying, doxing, abuse by images, and direct sexual harassment that occurs through digital media. The objective of this analysis is to describe and deepen in the typologies of gender violence mediated by technology, its possible causes and consequences, showing alternative solutions to minimize the negative effects of this type of violence.
It is important to mention that there is not a large bibliographic context about digital gender violence and its psychosocial factors, and given this it is crucial to continue working on education, awareness and strengthening of equality policies to combat this problem, so we seek to deepen not only in the concept, but in its typologies, causes and consequences, thus developing a critical analysis that allows to contribute to the knowledge of this problem. | |
