dc.description.abstract	La presente investigación tiene como objetivo analizar la resiliencia de los firmantes de paz en la Nueva Área de Reincorporación (NAR) Luisa González, situada en la zona rural del municipio de Santander de Quilichao, departamento del Cauca. Este territorio enfrenta serios desafíos en materia de seguridad y violencia debido a la presencia de diversos grupos armados ilegales, siendo uno de los departamentos más afectados del país. además, se le suman los problemas que se han presentado para la implementación de lo establecido en el acuerdo de paz, por lo que los firmantes manifiestan que no hay garantías. El estudio se enfoca en comprender cómo los individuos y comunidades han sido impactados por el conflicto que desarticuló sus estilos de vida e identidad; a esto se suma la falta de garantías en la implementación de lo acordado. Para hacer frente a la realidad antes mencionada, se deben establecer mecanismos de afrontamiento y fortalecimiento psicosocial, legitimando la adaptación y recuperación del contexto en el marco del postconflicto; por lo que se investigó qué factores protectores fomentan la resiliencia y, a la vez, las estrategias de afrontamiento que contrarrestan la vulnerabilidad en temas de la seguridad, la incertidumbre y la violencia persistente. Se destaca la estrategia de afrontamiento y construcción de subjetividad al ejecutar el proyecto productivo garante en el agenciamiento al generar recursos económicos propios. Asimismo, la investigación explorará el bienestar comunitario y las fortalezas colectivas que contribuyen a la reconstrucción del tejido social y la integración de los firmantes de paz en la sociedad. A través de un enfoque interdisciplinario, se identificarán prácticas efectivas y se formularán recomendaciones para fortalecer la resiliencia y promover el desarrollo sostenible en las comunidades afectadas por el conflicto. dc.description.abstractenglish	Abstract This research aims to analyze the resilience of the peace signatories in the Luisa González New Reincorporation Area (NAR), located in the rural area of the municipality of Santander de Quilichao, department of Cauca. This territory faces serious challenges in terms of security and violence due to the presence of various illegal armed groups, being one of the most affected departments in the country. In addition, there are the problems that have arisen for the implementation of the provisions of the peace agreement, which is why the signatories state that there are no guarantees. The study seeks to understand how individuals and communities have been impacted by the conflict that dismantled their lifestyles and identity, added to this is the lack of guarantees in the implementation of what was agreed. To address the aforementioned reality, coping and psychosocial strengthening mechanisms are established, legitimizing the adaptation and recovery of the context within the post-conflict framework. This paper investigates the protective factors that foster resilience, as well as the coping strategies that counteract vulnerability in the face of security, uncertainty, and persistent violence. The focus is on coping strategies and the construction of subjectivity when executing productive projects that guarantee agency by generating one's own economic resources. Likewise, the research will explore community well-being and the collective strengths that contribute to rebuilding the social fabric and integrating peace signatories into society. Through an interdisciplinary approach, effective practices will be identified and recommendations formulated to strengthen resilience and promote sustainable development in communities affected by the conflict.
