| dc.description.abstract | La producción avícola de huevo es una actividad importante en la economía rural de Colombia, y la implementación de las Buenas Prácticas Pecuarias (BPP) es fundamental para garantizar la calidad y la inocuidad de los productos avícolas. En este sentido, la Finca La Estrada, ubicada en el municipio de Samaná, departamento de Caldas, ha decidido implementar las BPP en su producción avícola de huevo.
La implementación de las Buenas Prácticas Pecuarias en la producción avícola de huevo en la Finca La Estrada es fundamental para garantizar la calidad y la inocuidad de los productos avícolas, reducir el riesgo de enfermedades y mejorar el bienestar animal. Al implementar un plan de implementación que incluya la capacitación del personal, la mejora de la infraestructura y la implementación de prácticas de manejo y bioseguridad, la Finca La Estrada podrá mejorar la calidad y la inocuidad de sus productos y promover un ambiente saludable y seguro para las aves. | |

Finca La Estrada is dedicated to egg production and seeks to implement GFP to guarantee the quality and safety of its products, comply with current regulations and improve its competitiveness in the market. The implementation of GFP at Finca La Estrada includes staff training, infrastructure improvement, implementation of management and biosecurity practices, and monitoring and evaluation of production.
