| dc.description.abstract | La finca agrosavia en Mosquera es también un centro de investigación donde dentro de sus diferentes actividades se implementa
el sistema de producción bovino de leche con la finalidad de promover el aprendizaje, mejoras de los sistemas, las razas y obtener
productos de calidad y con este documento se pretende exponer las buenas practicas pecuarias (BPP) que se realizan en esta
finca, proyectando en evaluar las posibles recomendaciones y/o actividades con mejoría o que se realizan de manera efectiva.
Las BPP son necesarias para evaluar las condiciones con las que se producen los alimentos para consumo
humano, en este caso se evaluaron los parámetros para la producción bovina de leche en las cuales se tuvieron
en cuenta; localización, instalaciones, nutrición, producción, manejo reproductivo, sanidad y manejo ambiental.
Se hace importante reconocer que esta finca ya tiene certificación de BPP , lo cual es favorable para ampliar
conocimientos beneficiosos de los procesos realizados de manera correcta que se realizan en dicho lugar. | |

| dc.description.abstractenglish | The agrosavia farm in Mosquera is also a research center where, among its various activities, the dairy cattle production
system is implemented with the aim of promoting learning, improvements to the systems and breeds, and obtaining
quality products. This document aims to present the good livetock practices (GLP) carried out on this farm, projecting
to evaluate possible recommendations and/or activities for improvement or those that are carried out effectively.
Good production practices (GPP) are necessary to evaluate the conditions under which food for human consuption is produced.
In this case, the parameters for dairy cattle production were evaluated, taking into account location, facilities, nutrition,
prodution, reproductive, management, health, and enviromental management. It is important to recognize that this farm
already has GPP certification, which is beneficial for expanding knowledge of the processes carried out correctly at this location. | |
