dc.description.abstractEste documento es el resultado de un ejercicio de investigación formativa, desarrollado como opción de grado, que permitió reflexionar sobre la práctica pedagógica y la investigación educativa. El estudio se llevó a cabo en la Institución Educativa Técnica Manuel Briceño, ubicada en el corregimiento de Briceño del municipio de San Pablo Nariño, trabajando con estudiantes del grado segundo entre los 7 y 8 años. El objetivo general fue fortalecer la comprensión lectora a través de la implementación del kamishibai como estrategia didáctica, utilizando un enfoque cualitativo de manera experimental pedagógico. Como resultado, se concluyó que el uso del kamishibai contribuye significativamente al fortalecimiento de la compresión lectora promoviendo el desarrollo de habilidades interpretativas, reflexivas y comunicativas.

dc.description.abstractenglishThis document is the result of a formative research project carried out as a degree option, which made it possible to reflect on pedagogical practice and educational research. The study was conducted at the Manuel Briceño Technical Educational Institution, located in the district of Briceño in the municipality of San Pablo, Nariño, with second-grade students between 7 and 8 years old. The general objective was to strengthen reading comprehension through the implementation of kamishibai as a didactic strategy, using a qualitative approach with a pedagogical-experimental design. In the initial phase, difficulties in reading comprehension were identified, especially at the inferential and critical levels. Subsequently, kamishibai was implemented as a pedagogical tool that integrates storytelling and images, thus promoting more dynamic and meaningful learning. Through techniques such as direct observation, its effects on the literal comprehension process were analyzed; additionally, through interviews and pedagogical records, an increase in students’ motivation, interaction, and active participation was evidenced. As a result, it was concluded that the use of kamishibai significantly contributes to the strengthening of reading comprehension by promoting the development of interpretative, reflective, and communicative skills. Likewise, the importance of implementing innovative classroom strategies that respond to the needs of the educational context is highlighted. The results also showed an increase in oral expression and interest in reading. These findings directly address the proposed objectives and the research question.
