dc.description.abstract	La práctica pedagógica y didáctica que se desarrolla en las instituciones educativas públicas que fueron objeto de estudio de esta investigación en la ciudad de Buga (Valle), en relación con el aprendizaje del inglés como lengua extranjera en los niveles primarios no es muy dinámica, lo que significa que los estudiantes no tienen un impulso permanente de querer desarrollar competencias en el idioma inglés. Este estudio permitirá definir las diferentes teorías que pueden ayudar a fortalecer estos procesos, así como investigar mediante el uso de la información recopilada a través del uso de diferentes herramientas para la recopilación de información, sobre las opiniones permanentes de los actores de la educación nivel. Transformar las metodologías de enseñanza en los procesos de enseñanza y aprendizaje del inglés como lengua extranjera se convierte en una necesidad apremiante después del desarrollo de esta monografía.	spa

dc.description.abstractenglish	The pedagogical and didactic practice that develops in the public educational institutions that were the subject of study of this research in the city of Buga (Valle), in relation to the learning of English as a foreign language in the primary levels is not very dynamic, which means that the students do not have a permanent impulse to want to develop competences in the English language. This study will allow to define the different theories that can help to strengthen these processes, as well as to investigate through the use of information collected through the use of different tools for the gathering of information, about the permanent opinions of the actors of the educational level.
