| dc.description.abstract | Lácteos Del Cesar es una sociedad anónima matriculada el lunes 27 de mayo de 1985 en la cámara de Cámara de comercio de Valledupar. Esta empresa se dedica principalmente a la elaboración de productos lácteos.
En nuestro proyecto “Modelo Estratégico Integral para la implementación del Sistema de Gestión de la Seguridad y Salud en el trabajo (SG-SST) en la empresa Lácteos del Cesar” el propósito, es evaluar y proponer acciones de mejora al proceso que lleva en la actualidad la empresa en el municipio de Valledupar (Cesar), y llevando a cabo lo establecido en el decreto 1072 del 2015 el cual busca dar cumplimiento a la normatividad establecida por el gobierno referente a la salud y seguridad de los trabajadores, a través de la identificación de los riesgos y las medidas de intervención para mitigar los mismos.
La aplicación de temáticas relacionadas con los procesos de salud ocupacional con énfasis en la gestión de conocimiento, permite una perspectiva más clara sobre la situación actual de la empresa en estudio, así mismo permite el desarrollo de herramientas para verificar la información relacionada con el capital intelectual y la capacidad de utilizar el conocimiento, logrando encontrar las falencias en el proceso de salud ocupacional y proponer planes de mejoramiento del SG-SST para la empresa Lácteos del Cesar.
Este proyecto de investigación se direcciona en la búsqueda de mejores prácticas para el área de Recurso Humano en la empresa Lácteos del Cesar, de esta forma identificar la problemática para lo cual se acudió a la observación como método primario para recolectar conocimiento sobre el tema, se indago en investigaciones similares con el objetivo de emitir un juicio sobre las principales falencias del proceso en la empresa, se estableció la metodología de investigación y se analizaron los resultados, teniendo como conclusión que la empresa debe reforzar en sus empleados la capacidad de identificar riesgos potenciales que perturben su bienestar físico, mental y social, y la utilización del conocimiento como estrategia para sugerir correctivos de mejora y aplicación de manera eficaz de los programas en la integración con el personal. | spa |

| dc.description.abstractenglish | Lácteos Del Cesar is a public limited company registered on Monday, May 27, 1985 in the Chamber of Commerce of Valledupar. This company is mainly engaged in the production of dairy products.
In our project "Integral Strategic Model for the implementation of the Occupational Health and Safety Management System (SG-SST) in the company “Lácteos del Cesar" the purpose is to evaluate and propose improvement actions to the process that leads to the company carrying out the provisions of decree 1072 of 2015 which seeks to comply with the regulations established by the government regarding the health and safety of workers, through the identification of risks and intervention measures to mitigate them.
The application of topics related to occupational health processes with emphasis on knowledge management, allows a clearer perspective on the current situation of the company under study, likewise allows the development of tools to verify information related to intellectual capital and the ability to use knowledge, managing to find the shortcomings in the occupational health process and propose improvement plans for the SG-OSH for the company Lácteos del Cesar.
This research project is focused on the search for best practices for the area of Human Resources in the company Lácteos del Cesar. This method involves observation used as the primary method to collect knowledge on the subject, examined with the aim of issuing a judgment on the main shortcomings of the process in the company. The research methodology was established and the results were analyzed, concluding that the company must reinforce in its employees the capacity to identify potential risks that threaten their physical, mental and social well-being, and the use of knowledge as a strategy to suggest corrective improvement and effective application of the programs with the staff.
According to the information collected on how the SG-SST is carried out in the Lácteos del César Company, we can clearly observe that despite complying with 80.75% of the legal regulations, there are many shortcomings with potential to improve. These include the implementation of a corrective action plan where all employees of the company know and understand the importance of it. This step is of utmost importance in the execution of a schedule of activities and training where all the aspects in SG-SST are carried out in the company as prescribed by the findings of the investigative observational report.
Adjustment and continuous improvement based on the findings of new and existing issues is necessary for the intention of the process to come to fruition. This includes especially the OSH policy, which implies participation and review by the management. The adjustment will be reflected in the corrective, preventive and improvement actions that are executed.
An action plan that is proposed in this way should be supported by the evaluation of hazards and occupational risk factors, which should show an analysis of the real work situations. It should be noted that this evaluation should be developed initially and periodically, in order to re-evaluate based on the corrective measures taken by employees and management. This plan must be built on the multidisciplinary approach of the organization, which will include actions in favor of education, training, control of risk factors and the accurate consistent documentation that will be generated in these processes.
This should also include their management and control and general training of all employees in order to improve the SG-SST in the company.
The SG-SST should be seen in companies as a tool that supports entrepreneurs in mitigating risks, improving productivity and reducing the chances of having accidents and occupational diseases. These root issues in the short term become the deep seated causes of other more long term problems such as absenteeism, absentmindedness, regular injuries, and workforce apathy. In the long term, these occupational downfalls translate into higher economic costs for the company and lower overall satisfaction for workers, management, and executives a like. | spa |
