| dc.description.abstract | Este proyecto consistió en realizar el diagnóstico de la situación actual de los Planes de Saneamiento y Manejo de Vertimientos (PSMV) de los municipios de: Acevedo, Elías, Isnos, Oporapa, Palestina, Pitalito, Saladoblanco, San Agustín y Timaná, ubicados en el Sur del Huila y adscritos a la CAM Dirección Territorial Sur. Se analizó la información suministrada por la Autoridad Ambiental Corporación Autónoma Regional del Alto Magdalena (CAM) y se logró determinar: el porcentaje de cumplimiento de las actividades planteadas en el PSMV, el grado de cumplimiento de los parámetros fisicoquímicos y microbiológicos de los vertimientos de aguas residuales y fuentes receptoras frente a la normatividad vigente, el valor de tasa retributiva que deben cancelar los municipios para los quinquenios (2007 – 2012) y (2013-2018). Con este análisis se espera dar paso a la realización de otros diagnósticos en el departamento del Huila y el país, con el fin de verificar el estado de los PSMV y contribuir a su mejoramiento. | spa |

| dc.description.abstractenglish | The present project consisted in making the diagnosis of the current situation of the Plans of Sanitation and Management of Shedding (PSMV) of the municipalities of: Acevedo, Elías, Isnos, Oporapa, Palestina, Pitalito, Saladoblanco, San Agustín and Timaná, located in the South of Huila and assigned to the CAM Southern Territorial Direction. The information provided by Corporación Autónoma Regional del Alto Magdalena (CAM) was analyzed and it was possible to determine: the percentage of compliance with the activities proposed in the PSMV, the degree of compliance with the physicochemical and microbiological parameters of the water discharges residuals and receiving sources against the current regulations, the value of the remuneration rate to be paid by the municipalities for the five-year periods (2007 - 2012) and (2013-2018). With this analysis it is expected to give way to the realization of other diagnoses in the department of Huila and the country, in order to verify the status of the PSMV and contribute to its improvement. | spa |
