dc.description.abstract	Este trabajo de investigación en Ciencias Sociales tiene como finalidad el mejoramiento de los procesos de conocimiento de la realidad del Bullying relacionados con los estudiantes, enfocando que en un futuro sea una guía de prevención del mismo.Se pueden definir diferentes impactos en el nivel científico dónde podría abrirse la posibilidad de compartir estos resultados con otras investigaciones relacionadas con el tema, buscando incorporar la percepción social que tiene los estudiantes acerca del bullying. A nivel educativo existe la posibilidad de brindar conocimiento a docentes y estudiantes, logrando así una aproximación acerca de cómo se percibe esta problemática entre la comunidad educativa.La presente investigación fue un estudio de tipo etnometodologico que indaga las representaciones sociales y los conocimientos sobre el bullying y todo lo que involucra este fenómeno. Se aplicaron las siguientes técnicas la observación directa que fue la que nos permitió establecer la muestra probabilista por conveniencia; también se utilizaron entrevistas abiertas en profundidad y grupos de discusión con lo que se recolecto suficiente información que después fue analizada mediante comprensión e interpretación de datos, consignados en categorías, para luego proceder a la comparación utilizando matrices, mapas conceptuales y análisis de cada categoría de las representaciones sociales que se encontraron en la investigación, finalizando con algunas conclusiones.	spa

dc.description.abstractenglish	This work of investigation in Social Sciences takes as a purpose the improvement of the processes of knowledge of the reality of the Bullying related to the students, focusing that in a future is a guide of prevention of the same one. Different impacts can be defined in the scientific level where there might be opened the possibility of sharing these results with other investigations related to the topic, seeking to incorporate the social perception that has the students it brings over of the bullying. To educational level there exists the possibility of offering knowledge to teachers and students, achieving this way an approximation brings over of how this problematics is perceived between the educational community. The present investigation was a study of type etnometodologico that investigates the social representations and the knowledge on the bullying and everything what involves this phenomenon. The following technologies applied to themselves the direct observation that was the one that allowed us to establish the sample probabilista for convenience; also there were in use interviews opened in depth and groups of discussion with what I gather sufficient information that later was analyzed by means of comprehension and interpretation of information, recorded in categories, then to proceed to the comparison using counterfoils, conceptual maps and analysis of every category of the social representations that they found in the investigation, finishing with some conclusions.	spa
